Ekef El Tounes
Tunisia's live safety map. Film what is happening, pick what it is in one tap, and within seconds the alert appears on the map at the exact place it happened. Every face is blurred before anything is published, and no name is shown. An alert stays unconfirmed until three different witnesses confirm it. The SOS button opens the emergency numbers, 197, 198, 190 and 193, and publishes nothing.
